Anne Solomons, ACC, Founder & CEO

Anne Solomons is the founder and CEO at Touch Point Training Consultants, a leadership and culture consultancy dedicated to helping organizations grow from the inside out. With over 30 years of experience as a facilitator, coach, and consultant, Anne is known for her energizing presence, sharp insight, and ability to connect with clients at every level.


She designs and delivers dynamic, interactive learning experiences that elevate leadership, improve communication, and strengthen workplace culture. Her approach is grounded in inquiry, discovery, and the belief that lasting change happens from within.

Anne’s career has taken her across North America and Europe, including a pivotal chapter living and working in the U.K. Her global experience, combined with her background in high-touch service industries like hospitality and healthcare, gives her a unique lens on how people learn, lead, and connect.

Addison Jost - Program Design and Strategy

Addison supports Touch Point Training Consultants through program design, project management, and creative development.  She collaborates closely with Anne to enhance client programs, design learning modules, and create engaging materials that support long-term application and performance improvement.  


With a strong background in business strategy, marketing, and design, Addison brings both analytical insight and creative problem-solving to every project.  She has contributed to client reports, proprosals, and presentations that demonstrate measurable value.


In addition to her work with Touch Point, Addison has provided freelance services to startups and small businesses, offering expertise in business development, branding, marketing, web design and development, operations, and investor communications.  Her work has included crafting strategic plans, designing cohesive brand systems, building and managing websites, developing financial models to support growth and investment, and creating materials that help organizations communicate effectively with clients, investors, and internal teams.


Addison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida.  Her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make her an integral part of the Touch Point team.


Gary Solomons - Associate Partner, Senior Living Consultant and Support Services

Gary Solomons provides personalized consulting services to senior living communities and organizations, drawing on over 35 years of experience in the industry. He partners with assisted living providers to deliver guidance in areas such as compliance, leadership and line-staff training, customer service, and financial management.


Gary also assists with regulatory requirements, including relicensure, new licensing, and changes of ownership, ensuring communities meet and maintain high standards of care. In addition, he serves as an expert witness for attorneys, offering informed perspectives on senior living operations and industry best practices.


Known for his practical approach, deep expertise, and commitment to excellence, Gary helps communities and leaders navigate complex challenges with clarity, confidence, and effective solutions.

Claudia Lima - Portuguese Design and Facilitation

Claudia has been in the training and development industry since 2008 and facilitates our programs in Portuguese.  She is known for her dynamic, motivating and humorous speaking style.  Prior to corporate training, for over 15 years, Claudia was in education, teaching computer skills and evening adult education for middle school to college level students.  She earned both a Bachelor's degree in Arts and a Master's degree in Education in Brazil.  Her high level of energy creates a training environment that drives long-term utilization of new skills and behaviors.
