Thanks to the Effective Exchanges course, I was able to go through the process with this prospect, quickly adapt and connect with the ‘mixed drink’ communication style, ask the correct questions, relate to them and get them emotionally connected by painting the picture, and relaying the features and benefits that they would enjoy and using them to close the sale. They ended up purchasing 2 season tickets valued at over $6,700.
It has been a great journey to go through the process of learning how to communicate, solve problems,
be accountable, understand different styles, set goals so that we can work together to develop a culture
so that we all can be successful. I’ve learned to communicate better and to be a great listener as well. identifying core values were great and will always be there for me throughout the rest of my life.
I love the communication styles which helps you
to understand the other people that you deal with on a day to day basis. Learning all the tools and putting
them into action with one on ones worked well so all team members will be on the same page. It’s a great way to communicate with no distractions and you and the person can have an open and productive conversation with a lot of progress.

Anne is engaging and highly interactive with teams of all different levels. She partnered with us to facilitate our culture training, travelling throughout the US. During this training, she helped our VPs with their opening and closing delivery which was very impactful.
