Anne Solomons is Founder and CEO of Touch Point Training Consultants. With over 25 year of experience as a trainer, business coach and consultant, she has a unique ability to engage, inspire and motivate people. Her methodologies have enhanced performance and improved sales, performance and self- confidence of professionals in a wide variety of industries both nationally and internationally.
After 15 years with L’Oreal consulting, writing and facilitating training programs, Anne created Touch Point Training Consultants to provide customized training programs and coaching services in sales, customer service, leadership development and team building.
Anne is a featured national motivational speaker at Universities, Professional Associations and corporations. She has facilitated for companies such as Motorola Asia, Leap Frog, State Farm, Marriott Hotels, Learning A-Z, Cambium Learning Technologies, ExploreLearning, Emerald Group Publishing and B/E Aerospace. Her memberships include Society of Human Resource Management and Association for Talent Development (ATD) where she is past VP on the Board of Directors and continues to serve on the leadership team.
Anne is a member of the Board of Directors for the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce and Coconut Creek Chamber of Commerce. She is past chair of the Coral Springs Leadership Institute and the past co-chair of the Ambassadors Committee.
Anne has also worked with a number of cities lending her expertise in the areas of leadership development and team building.
Anne’s use of universal principles have relevancy for all levels of experience and have proven to have a positive impact on the culture of a wide variety of organizations in a wide range of industries.
On a personal note, Anne grew up in New York, lived and worked in the UK for almost a decade and currently resides in South Florida. She has a passion for helping others achieve success and enjoys traveling and working with diverse cultures.

A natural transition to the training and consulting industry followed. Since joining Touch Point Training Consultants, Donna’s drive and ability to motivate those around her has proved invaluable. With a fine attention to detail she is an invaluable resource to all our clients. She is knowledgeable, helpful and always engaged. She coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations at Touch Point Training Consultants, as well as the training programs for our clients.
